You can start with your own website or blog writing articles targeting specific keywords using Search Engine Optimization.
You can do this by doing keyword research to see which keywords are the most popular but with lower competition. I like to target keywords that have at least 500-1000 monthly searches that are relatively uncompetitive. There are several tools out there that can help you with keyword research such as Ubersuggest or Keywords Everywhere.
This is a very effective, but time-consuming, long-term strategy that doesn’t require you to spend money. You can use social media posts to engage with your potential customers and drive traffic that way. This method is also time-consuming but doesn’t cost you money either.
Or you can pay for traffic to your chosen affiliate offer using platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook or Solo Ads.
