I want to make sure everyone understands the POWER of believing in what you are doing!

Long ago in a galaxy far… wait that’s not right… But it’s about the same time period. Anyways, I got an e-mail from someone and it became apparent to me that he simply did not believe that he could make anything work… He didn’t believe that he could start making the money that he told me he wanted to make…

He wanted to make it, but he didn’t REALLY BELIEVE he could! And that my friends are a problem! Maybe the biggest problem we in this business have to contend with if we could get the stone-cold truth out of all those we bring into our business. But we never know for sure what someone is REALLY thinking! So, I always assume they don’t and make sure (as much as I can

I’m a strong believer in the old saying that you are what & where you want to be… For example, you live where you do because you choose to, and you earn as much as you do because that’s what you’ve chosen to earn…

‘Yea, I know I can hear everyone hollering as I type, demanding that “I really really really really want to earn more than I do at the moment and live in a big old mansion…” seriously… I can hear you hollering!!

Well, been there done that myself and I realized that until I changed my belief system AND my habits (good and/or bad)… nothing was ever going to change.

But it took time to make the changes I NEEDED to make! See it’s not easy to change something you’ve been doing for years or decades, see the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results… and I was quite insane for a very long time! Then finally I just took that leap of faith and started devoting time every day before and after work and slowly things begin to change!

So, how did I, and how do you, make changes to what we believe… and, in turn, what we achieve?

Well, for me, I didn’t believe that I should live in a large house, drive a sports car, or even work for myself. See, if I believed that… I certainly wasn’t going to ‘realize’ that lifestyle.

Does that make sense?

However, once I’d DECIDED I’d had enough of what I was doing… (for me this was commuting each and every day, having to answer to a boss, working long hours, and not getting paid enough money for all my hard work…)

I needed to change my belief system… My belief system of where I saw myself and what I saw myself doing.

I hope you’re still with me, and if you’ve read this far you’re on the right track as this is crucial to where you are now and where you’re going, and what you’re doing in 12 months time, 2 years time, and even 10 years time.

So what do you need to do to dig your way out of the hole you’ve made for yourself?

Well, you need to start by setting goals, AND YOU MUST write them down and finding pictures that represent the things you have if you are living your perfect life. And where you’ll be in 2 months time, 4 months time, and 6 months time…

EVERY DAY BEFORE YOU GET OUT OF BED and EVERY NIGHT BEFORE YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES TO GO TO SLEEP close your eyes and picture yourself in front of your new house or sitting in your office at home – working for yourself… Driving your new car, or planning that luxury vacation you’ve always wanted… and enjoying the financial freedom that your new home-based business has given you.

Now, what do you need to change… in order to make this happen? For me, I was wasting hours here and there watching television or just trying to switch off (after a long day working for someone else). Well, these hours add up, so if you use these hours just to start thinking… then you’ve changed perhaps one of the worst habits out there.

I know, I used to do it myself!

If it’s not TV, then look at how you spend each and every hour of your day… Can you allocate an hour or so for your future?

I suggest that during this time… you start thinking about where you want to be… I used to have a picture of a Lamborghini as the background of my computer, and I also have a picture of the log home I plan to build someday stuck to my bathroom mirror! And I have a file folder that every time I see something I gonna buy when I have the extra cash I tear out the page and add it to this folder!

Here is a picture of the yacht I’ll own someday! Ain’t it cool?

Now, this is simple to do but is very important. It reminds you of why you’re doing what you’re doing and precisely what your end result will be… financial freedom.

Plus, it makes your dreams real – something that you can indeed touch and feel.
