If you\u2019re going to start affiliate marketing, you must get started on the right track.<\/p>\n

The number one reason people fail in the IM\/affiliate marketing business (and biz in general) is that\u2026<\/p>\n

They don\u2019t look at it like it\u2019s a business.<\/p>\n

They look at it as if it is some type of mystery land and basic marketing and business principles do not exist. Not the case at all.<\/p>\n

Remember why we exist\u2026<\/p>\n

We exist to solve somebody\u2019s problem. That\u2019s it.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s talk about how we solve it.<\/p>\n

Unique Selling Proposition
\n<\/strong>
\nWhat is Unique Selling Proposition, USP?<\/p>\n

In the business world, it is the marketing strategy of making sure your customers understand and know why your brand or product is superior to your competitors.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s very important that your business stands out and separates itself from the crowd.<\/p>\n

Having a great USP, allows you to compete in the crowded space known as the internet. If you position yourself correctly it allows you to rise over the competition.<\/p>\n

Just because you may not be selling your own product doesn\u2019t mean you don\u2019t need a USP.<\/p>\n

This is a huge problem with affiliate marketing today.<\/p>\n

Most people look at an affiliate as someone who drives traffic to a vendor\u2019s offer.<\/p>\n

Think differently and look at the vendor as somebody who can help your clients, via your actions, solve the issue they are dealing with.<\/p>\n

That issue can be any number of things such as needing additional income or losing weight just to name a couple.<\/p>\n

Remember, they are your clients.<\/p>\n

You simply allow the vendors and product owners to provide a solution for your clients\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n

This is why affiliate marketing is such a dream.<\/p>\n

You have the flexibility to serve people in an incredible way.<\/p>\n

You are free to mix and match solutions to meet the needs of your clients.<\/p>\n

Let Me Give You an Example<\/strong><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s say you operate in the trading niche where you can promote one generic high-ticket course.<\/p>\n

With this niche, you can have multiple different funnels in place.<\/p>\n

One is for brand new traders, one is for intraday stock traders, one is for experienced traders, one is for swing traders, one is for commodities\/futures traders, and so on.<\/p>\n

Each one of these funnels promotes the same high-ticket item as the end result to achieving their goal.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind that you\u2019re able to do this if the end product is really incredible.<\/p>\n

One excellent USP example is Domino’s Pizza. It was: \u201cFresh, Hot Pizza Delivered To Your Door In 30 Minutes Or Less \u2013 Or It\u2019s Free\u201d.<\/p>\n

Notice how nothing was said about the taste? Or the quality? Or are the ingredients being imported from the old country?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a very simple USP, but it\u2019s brutally effective.<\/p>\n

It is very clear what the client is getting. Dominos isn\u2019t competing with the artisan high-end pizza at the Italian restaurant down the road.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re not competing with the New York style local pizzeria. It\u2019s very simple, you\u2019re going to get hot pizza to your door in less than 30 minutes. Simple and concise.<\/p>\n

To the point. Clear as day.<\/p>\n

You must figure out your USP so you can differentiate yourself from all the competition.<\/p>\n

The problem with new internet marketers is that they have a hard time just getting all the tech stuff worked out.<\/p>\n

Once they throw an offer or some copy on a page they think they\u2019re going to become overnight millionaires.<\/p>\n

They haven\u2019t done all the groundwork.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the difference between success and failure.<\/p>\n

Final Important Suggestion

\nAs I mentioned earlier, many new internet marketers have a hard time just getting all the tech stuff worked out.<\/p>\n

That presents quite a problem because for one, learning all the specifics of the technology can be very time-consuming.<\/p>\n

Then of course there are so many other components of understanding the whole big picture and getting it all done.<\/p>\n

Without help, it can be close to impossible to accomplish.<\/p>\n

The solution is to acquire a coach that has proven experience.<\/p>\n
