The worldwide average is 4,961 steps, with Americans averaging 4,774. What does this have to do with Internet Marketing you ask? Well I will explain it to you.

What do successful people have in common?

Successful people Never Stop Learning. Have you ever read an article where they were interviewing a millionaire and they were asked how many books they have read in their life? The answer is in the hundreds maybe even thousands of books they have read. Why? Because all successful people know that the more they learn, the more they will know. “I maintained my edge by always being a student; you will always have something new to learn. ” — Jackie Joyner Kersee.

Successful people know that Patience is a Virtue. “The two most powerful warriors are patience and time. ”— Leo Tolstoy. How does that old saying go? The tortoise wins the race. Successful people are constantly working towards their long term goals, success does not happen overnight.

Successful people are Stubborn to Live. “Perseverance is a great element of success. If you only knock long enough and loud enough at the gate, you are sure to wake up somebody.” — Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Successful people never quit, no matter what life throws at them. Successful people fail constantly, they fall down, then they get up and keep getting up until they succeed, they NEVER QUIT!

Successful People Know How to Prioritize Their Tasks . “Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.” — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Successful people know which tasks to do first. What’s that old saying, “eat the elephant in the room first”, don’t do the easiest things first on your to do list.

No Job is Above High Achievers. “A guy that’s going to do all of the dirty work, that guy that is willing to defend anyone and do the little things and not really care about all of that other stuff. I think every championship team needs that.” — Draymond Green. Successful people take care of things immediately, they aren’t afraid to jump into the trenches and get their hands dirty. When there is a problem no matter how bad it might be, success people take care of it immediately.

Successful people Know How to Structure Their Goals. “The best thing about the future is that is comes one day at the time.” — Abraham Lincoln. Instead of making a few almost impossible long term goals, successful people know how to make many reachable short term goals. That is not to say that you shouldn’t set tough long term goals, shoot for the stars, even if you miss, you will see you have gone further than you thought possible.

Successful people know that Other Peoples Goals are Important. “Instead of wasting our time attempting to defeat each other, let’s find a way that will make both of us gain and go home satisfied.” — Yair Lapid. If you create value for your competition, you will never run out of business. Successful people create long lasting relationships, they realize that a win win scenario is the best outcome.

Working Smart is Not Enough. “Work hard, and you will earn good rewards. Work smart and you will earn great rewards. Work hard and work smart, and you will earn extraordinary rewards. ”— Mashona Dhliwayo. Successful people understand the importance of working hard and smart to achieve their goals.

Successful people Don’t Live in The Past. “Yesterday’s home runs don’t win today’s games.” — Babe Ruth. Successful people live in the present but they know how to learn from the past and plan for the future. The only thing we have is right now.

Listen More Than You Speak. “We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.” — Epictetus. Successful people know if they really and truly are interested in what others are saying, then they will be remembered as the greatest conversationalist ever, even if they did not say one single word. Remember if you aim for the stars, you may fall many times before you succeed. It’s important that you keep getting up, keep going and don’t ever quit.

Have you ever heard of Gary Vaynerchuck? Gary is famous for his inspiring talks on productivity and marketing. I have been following Gary for over a year and everyone of his videos inspire me. If you are not following his youtube channel then you are missing out on some great training. https://www.youtube.com/user/GaryVaynerchuk

Ryan Deiss is the founder of DigitalMarketer and specializes in traffic generation for blog’s and Facebook. I have taken a few of his life courses and they are by far the best on the planet. If you want to transform your personal life than you need to see his website. https://www.tonyrobbins.com/

According to many sources, more than 90% (Ninety percent) of all Internet business start-ups end in failure within the first (one hundred and twenty days) There are many different opinions on why this is but I think people who start in internet marketing don’t know a thing about marketing. They go onto you-tube and search, “how to make money in internet marketing”. Over a hundred videos show up on how you can make $10,000 a month with no experience, no computer, no money, no website and no list. Just download my new plugin for $47 and just sit back and watch the money roll in on auto pilot. How many videos have you all seen like this? They are all over the internet telling you how easy it is to make money in internet marketing.

How do we decide which marketer is telling the truth. We get more and more emails everyday telling us the same thing. Marketers that can write the best copy getting us to purchase their product or software. Then guess what happens, we start buying every product that looks good. What is that called? The shiny object syndrome. This hurts more marketers than anything because we waist thousands of dollars on garbage because somebody says we can make passive income without any effort or hardly any investment. I believe one of reasons why 90% of marketers fail within the first 120 days is because most people are looking for the easy and quick way to make that 6 or figure a year income. Well it does not work that way! You can’t be lazy!

Remember in A League of Their Own, “It’s supposed to be hard. If it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it. The hard… is what makes it great”–Jimmy Dugan. I believe that the 90% that fail internet marketing fail because they want it to be to be easy and once they realize that it is hard, they quit. Do you want to be part of the 90% that fail? Or do you want to be part of the 10% that succeed?

So how do we become part of that 10%? Well for one we stop buying everything that looks nice and shiny. We find one or two marketers that people trust and we copy what they are doing. Let me ask you something. If you want to be able to run a marathon, who do you ask? You don’t ask somebody who can barely run around the block, you go and find somebody who runs marathons and train like them. If you want to learn how to bench press 405 lbs, you don’t go to the gym and ask the skinny kid in the corner who can’t bench press the bar, you go to the gym and find the lifter who is benching 405 lbs and train like he trains.

It’s not rocket science. Almost 100% of all the information on the internet is free. Go on every single blog site and just begin reading their blog. How much did that cost? Maybe they want your name and email so they can send you updates. Have you been on Neil Patel’s blog? The main headline on his blog says, “I want to learn about everything” in the drop down menu, you can choose from everything, content marketing, conversion rate optimization, ecommerce, email marketing, entrepreneurship, marketing, online marketing, paid ads, seo, and social media. All that information for free. His blog goes on and on with marketing information to help you make more money online. Yes he does have some paid training that you can sign up for, but 99% of everything on his blog is free for us to learn how to make money in marketing. So why is it so hard for us to get into that 10% group of successful marketers?

I have found only one marketer over the last year and a half that has said the best way to make the most money with internet marketing is create and sell your own informational product. His email said that marketers that are making the most money with internet marketing are the ones that are selling their own products. I think we all know who I am talking about, John Thornhill. John was the first marketer that said he could teach me through his training course to create my own informational product and sell it online. John went on to say, “What you have to remember here is I am technically making money for selling fresh air. As silly as that may sound you have to realize an information product is digital, once an information product is created you can sell it over and over and over again as many times as you like and take 100% of the profits”. For the first time I realized that I could start making money online. John Thornhill’s Partnership To Success Program is the best home business on the planet. To learn more, watch the initial webinar training (watch when you want, not at some awkward time). It’s completely free.

Click Here To Find Out More!

If we want to be successful with internet marketing, we need to find a training system that works. Your success has nothing to do with a certain method. The only thing that keeps you moving forward, is when you understand it is going to take a lot of work. The reason why we are not in that 10% is because we are not doing the right things to succeed in internet marketing. Whatever that is. It could be we are not creating enough videos of ourselves on you-tube so people can learn who we are. We need to put our face on a video in order for people to trust us and know what we are talking about. We need to give unique relevant content so people can learn about a niche that they are in. We need to read everything we can get our hands on in order to learn as much as we can. We need to mirror what successful marketers are doing. All the products that are being sold on Warrior Plus and JV Zoo work,. It is up to us to do the right things to make those products work.

Everybody that starts a internet marketing business has the opportunity to be successful. It is up to us to make it happen. Remember, “if it is to be, it is up to me” William Johnsen.

To learn more about John Thornhill’s Partnership To Success Program, watch the initial webinar training (watch when you want, not at some awkward time).
